Licensing terms

Draft template — have a lawyer review the real wording before launch, especially the indemnity and liability sections.

Standard license

Covers web, social, and print use up to 500,000 cumulative impressions per use. No resale of the file itself, on its own or as part of a template/mockup pack.

Extended license

Everything in Standard, plus unlimited impressions, merchandising (physical products for resale), and use in templates or products intended for resale.

Not covered by either license

• Sensitive or defamatory use (implying endorsement, association with illegal activity, etc.)
• Trademark or logo use — that needs separate clearance
• Redistributing the original file as stock, standalone or bundled
• Any use once a license is refunded or a payment is reversed

Contributors

By uploading, a contributor confirms they own the rights to the work (or have clearance to license it) and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights. Contributors keep 50% of every sale of their work.
